We strive to be up front with all our clients.
Bumblebee, Inc. will not be held responsible for dissatisfaction with merchandise purchased for clients. Bumblebee, Inc. has the right to refuse any service that may be dangerous, unethical, illegal or questionable.
No refunds will be made after your purchase for services. However, your purchase is transferable, can be held for your use in retainer, or gifted or donated to a charity of your choice.
Bumblebee Inc is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being serviced.
Please call us at (612) 532-6152 by 12pm on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 3pm on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged the full time for the missed appointment.
Bumblebee, Inc may collect personal information for the sole purpose of providing you with quality services that meet your needs. We will not share, sell or trade any of your personal information with any third party unless it is required to carry out services for you.
